Earning money by writing articles/stories/blogs online in India ?

I have heard that there are such websites which pay you for writing blogs etc. I want to know of any such website in India which genuinely pays. Also, what is the concept behind it…like, i just submit a blog and get paid or does the payment depend on advertisements, user clicks, reviews etc. ?
